Introduction To Strength & Speed
An introduction for 6th & 7th grade boys to learn weight room basics, strength exercises, and speed and agility drills aimed to enhance their training for any of our 15 sports.
This will be led by our Mustang Athletic Performance Coach Ryan Thompson.
