Admissions Timeline

Time: 11am – 1pm
All prospective Ritamen and their families are invited to attend our Open House providing families with an opportunity to get a better understanding of what makes St. Rita different compared to other high schools.

The application for FACTS is now open to help 9th through 12th graders receive financial aid.

Pre-registration will open for 8th graders to sign up for our Entrance Exam.
Registration opens at 8am.

Our Admissions Team invites all 8th graders and their families to join us for an evening of activities, mingling, and fun at Discover St. Rita: A Celebration for Prospective Families.
Time: 6 - 8pm

If you have an IEP, CIEP, or 504 Plan this should be forwarded to our Director of Admissions Mr. Bill Heaney ‘05 at bheaney@stritahs.com.
These documents will be used to determine test accommodations.

Time: 8am
The Class of 2029 will take our Entrance Exam.
On the day of the exam students should bring:
No. 2 pencils
the $25 exam fee (check or cash)
Please note that calculators are NOT permitted.

Applicants must submit the following:
- Transcripts, including:
6th and 7th grade transcripts, report cards, and standardized test scores
Current 8th grade report card or progress report
Copy of IEP/ICEP/504 Plan (if applicable)

Early acceptance decision notifications will be mailed out to any applicant who submitted all necessary application materials by December 13.

Acceptance decision notifications will be mailed out to any applicant who submitted all necessary application materials. Those accepted will also receive enrollment information.

A $500 Registration Fee along with registration paperwork are due during the scheduled session.
Accepted students will receive information regarding scheduling an individual appointment time.
