RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Use the master password: shrine
Once logged into the system ALL parents/guardians will need to set up a new account, even if you have already used the system in the past.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are by appointment only and for this semester will be held via ZOOM ONLY. No in-person conferences will be held this semester. There is a limit of one 5-minute conference per teacher for each class a student is currently taking.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for this semester are recommended for those parents who have a concern/question regarding a particular class or student grade. While we encourage parents to have regular communication with teachers, we ask that parents only schedule conference appointments with teachers if a conversation is needed at this time.
With the limited appointments available for each teacher, we recommend if you are planning to schedule conferences, you do so early in the reservation window. Teachers will provide their Parent-Teacher Zoom access through their class PlusPortals pages and links will be emailed with the reservation schedules.
Our School Counselors, Academic Resource Coordinator, and Service Coordinator will also be available on the day of conferences if you would like to schedule a 5-minute conference with any of them.
